As Vice President of Product Development, Israel manages product R&D and the entire development cycle to ensure the timely delivery of innovative products. Israel has served in key product development and general management positions over the last 22 years. Over the last decade Israel developed an expertise in growing small technology organizations into efficient and professional product development groups. After holding the position of General Manager of the Toronto Lab for NORTEL he served in executive level roles with Certicom, Bioscrypt and MGI Software. Israel holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).
