Jennifer manages all aspects of the Human Resource function at PlateSpin. Since her arrival, PlateSpin’s worldwide employee base has more than tripled. Jennifer’s focus is aimed at designing, delivering and implementing corporate HR initiatives, professional development of senior staff, building teams and developing their individuals, while maintaining consistency and support of all departments. Over the past 13 years, she has held a variety of HR leadership and generalist roles at companies such as Cybermation, ATI Technologies, FloNetwork (now Double-Click), Alumni Computer Group and Lincoln Reinsurance (now Swiss Re). Jennifer is a graduate of Sheridan College of Applied Arts and Technologies and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
