Course fees are fully refundable provided you give written notice of cancellation a minimum of 15 business days prior to the start of the class.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: training@platespin.com.

Cancellations received less than 15 business days prior to the start of the class are not eligible for a refund and you will be charged 100% of the course fee.

“No-shows” will be charged 100% of the course fee.

On-site training classes cancelled less than 15 business days prior to the scheduled class start date are also subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

PlateSpin Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any training class. If a cancellation is necessary, we will make every effort to notify you at least 15 business days in advance of the class start date. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations sometimes do not allow 15 business days notice. Please consider this when making your travel plans, as PlateSpin's liability is limited to a full refund of the course tuition only and does not include travel costs.
