Accessing Novell Customer Center
You can access the Novel Customer Center via the following URL:

After purchasing Maintenance, or a technical support package, your “Contact ID” will be
e-mailed to you. This unique number identifies you when accessing PlateSpin/Novell
Support online or by telephone, and is used to log support Service Requests against your
support entitlement. All of your Accounts, Agreements and Entitlements with
PlateSpin/Novell support are connected to your Contact ID number.
To enter NCC you will require a user ID and password (obtained by registering at the
NCC website) as well as your NTS (Novell Technical Services) Contact ID#. Your NTS
contact ID# is supplied to you via your order confirmation email when your maintenance
is purchased.
If you do not have your NTS contact ID# please contact PlateSpin/Novell Support by
email or phone.
