  • Facilities for the production of heavy water;
  • Facilities for the separation of isotopes of source and special nuclear materials;
  • Facilities for the fabrication of nuclear reactor fuel containing plutonium;
• Designing, constructing, fabricating, operating or maintaining of a nuclear reactor or power plant;
• Uranium exploration, mining or milling operations, uranium fuel fabrication or particle accelerators;
• High-energy physics research, or nuclear waste management or storage facilities;
• Designing, developing, fabricating or testing of chemical and/or biological weapons;
• Designing, constructing, fabricating or operating any facilities or components of such facilities that may be used in the manufacture of chemical and/or biological weapons;
• Designing, developing, fabricating or testing of missile technology; or
• Designing, constructing, fabricating or operating any facilities or components of such facilities that may be used in the manufacture of missile technology.
• For the purposes of research, design, development, production, testing, stockpiling, sale, installation, operation, maintenance or use relating to those activities.

3. We will not knowingly sell, resell, re-export or transfer any of the licensed product(s) or the direct product thereof to entities involved in any of the above mentioned activities.
